Warranty Policy

We are proud to warrant our miniCPAP devices to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and we guarantee they will perform in accordance with the stated product specifications for a period indicated in the table below:

Product Warranty Period from Date of Purchase

  • Transcend 3 miniCPAP Auto 3 years
  • Transcend 365 miniCPAP Auto 2 years
  • Transcend miniCPAP Auto (first generation) 3 years
  • Transcend miniCPAP EZEX (first generation) 3 years
  • Transcend Heated Humidifier (first generation) 2 years
  • Transcend P8 and P10 Batteries 9 months
  • Transcend Portable Solar Charger 1 year

If the product fails to perform in accordance with stated product specifications, Somnetics and Transcend CPAP Pty Ltd will replace or repair, at its discretion, any materials or parts of the product, which upon Somnetics’ examination appear defective. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, and other defects not related to material or workmanship.

The cost of all items sent to service centre is the responsibilty of the sender. A fee will be charged for all items that will need to be sent to Transcend CPAP Pty for service. Please see conditions on Service Warranty Form.

Transcend CPAP Pty Ltd will pay normal freight charges to dealer location only. Somnetics and Transcend CPAP Pty Ltd disclaims all liability for economic loss, loss of profits, overhead, or consequential damages which may be claimed to arise from any sale or use of its products.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other express warranties. In addition, any implied warranties, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for the particular purpose are limited to the period noted in the table above for the individual product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. To qualify for repair, replacement, or refund, the defective device must be returned to Transcend CPAP Pty Ltd within 30 days after the discovery of the defect. Proof of purchase, including proof of the date of purchase, is required.

Any repair, replacement, or refund obligation would not apply if the device has been repaired or otherwise altered in a facility not authorized in writing by Somnetics and/or Transcend CPAP Pty Ltd.
